Umm, the shipping was fine overall, but it did take longer than I was expecting, honestly.

I’m sure the sizing runs small, at least for me. I ordered my usual size, but these jeans felt about two sizes too tight. Maybe it depends on the fit, but they definitely didn’t work for me.

I’ve been eyeing a few pieces from this store for a while because the styles are really nice, and I do think the clothes themselves are worth checking out. I found a couple things I liked and spent some time going back and forth on sizes, which is normal for me when shopping online. After a bit though, the website started getting frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, my cart kept acting strange whenever I changed sizes, and checkout took more attempts than it should have. For the price point, I just expected the site to work a little better

Overall, my order was mostly right!! Just one item ended up being the wrong size, which was a little annoying... but everything else was fine!!!

The fit was okay, but the fabric felt sorta thin and cheap. I was hoping they’d hold up better, but they started wearing out faster than I expected

I wanted to like Paige because some of the product photos are actually really nice, but the site just doesn’t feel great to use. The pages come off a little too plain, and on my phone the layout feels messy :( I had to scroll way too much just to find basic stuff, which got annoying fast. Overall, it looks okay in spots, but shopping on it felt more frustrating than helpful.

I tried to do an exchange, it just never happened. I kept waiting and waiting, but nothing moved forward. The whole return process was frustrating, frustrating, frustrating.

so... I picked up a pair of Paige jeans because I figured they’d feel a little more special for the price, but I was kind of underwhelmed.

The fit was fine, not bad at all, but nothing that made me think, wow, these are worth the extra money. The fabric also didn’t feel that much nicer than some cheaper jeans I already have, and after wearing them a couple times, they just didn’t give off that high-end feel I was expecting.
For what they charge, I really wanted to feel like I got something worth it. I probably wouldn’t buy another pair unless they were seriously marked down

What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to about it, just automated stuff, which made the whole experience feel even worse. Disappointed overall.

But after wearing them for a few hours, they started feeling tight around the waist, so comfort was kind of just okay for me. Maybe I picked the wrong style, but for the price I expected them to feel better throughout the day. Also, the package looked like it had been handled carelessly, which was annoying. Shipping itself was fine, but overall I’d give them 3 stars.

Customer service was okay, but I felt a little unsure after I made the payment because the replies took a while. When they did get back to me, the help was basic and not always super clear. They did fix my issue in the end, which I appreciated, but the whole thing felt slower than it should’ve.

I’m disappointed with these jeans. I only wore them a few times and they already ripped, which makes me feel like they were made or handled carelessly. For the price, I expected them to hold up much better. Definitely not worth it
